To help deliver our 2030 Strategy, we are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Digital Development and Support Team as a UX/UI Developer. This position will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of various digital solutions to accompany high profile projects based on experience and evidence driven methodologies.
Providing specialist technical advice based on industry standards, the post holder will lead in the areas of user experience, information architecture and interface design. This varied role is responsible for conducting user research and scoping the UX/UI work required to deliver specific digital projects across ICT. They will also be expected to provide advice and guidance in user experience and information architecture to other systems within the remit of ICT. You will apply your current knowledge of modern technologies to design, build and deploy digital solutions to a leading creative educational community.
Working within the Digital Development and Support team, and with dedicated project teams, the position will support the design, build and deployment of digital technologies for use with staff and students at Falmouth University.
This role will work closely with staff across the University including liaison with service suppliers and IT colleagues in Falmouth Exeter Plus which provides shared services to Falmouth and Exeter Universities.
