The online fashion retailer has submitted plans to Manchester City Council to expand its Wellington Mill HQ by 9,500 sq ft following the firm's "exceptional growth".
PrettyLittleThing was acquired by Boohoo Group earlier this year, and the company also had plans to relocate to a new site at Ancoats Works.
However those proposals, which received approval in March 2019, are now believed to have been put on hold.
According to the planning documents, Jenkins Design Services is advising the company on the new proposals for the Pollard Street East site, which could provide 200 jobs once complete.
The proposals will see an extension to the roof of the Wellington Mill building.
